2025 Indonesia Tour 🇮🇩

In March 2025, our orchestra will embark on an enriching tour through Jakarta and Palembang, focusing on collaboration, music education exchange, and the celebration of Indonesia National Music Day. We will begin our journey in Jakarta, where we are excited to perform alongside the esteemed Batavia Madrigal Singers, directed by the renowned Mr. Avip Priatna. This concert also acts as Batavia Madrigal Singers Pre-Departure Concert to the USA and promises to create a vibrant blend of western classical music and Indonesian folk songs.

Following our Jakarta performance, we will travel to Palembang for a collaborative concert with the Colours Choir, under the talented direction of Mrs. Lala Gozali. This engagement continues a meaningful relationship, as our conductor, Omid Moheb-Zadeh, previously visited Palembang in September 2024 for the 3rd Palembang Choral Exhibition. This concert will be the first International collaboration of choir & orchestra in Palembang, which will be a great initiative of musical development in the city.

Through this tour, we aim not only to perform but also to foster lasting connections and exchange knowledge, deepening our appreciation for the rich musical traditions that unite our communities.
